Yoga of the Breath for People Living with HIV: September 4-11, 7-9:30 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on weekends. The key features of the interactive course are guided meditation, breathing techniques, practical wisdom and low-impact yoga that can increase energy and deeply relax the body and mind, thereby increasing focus and harmony.
