September 19, 4:07 a.m., Burglary, Hot Prowl, Unlawful Entry, Area of Abbey Street.
Officers responded to a burglary call. The victim stated he had been asleep on the sofa when he heard noise from the back of the house. Assuming it was his wife, he got up and said hello. The victim stated he then saw a shadow run out of the house through the back door, which had been left unlocked. The officers walked with the victim through the house and determined nothing to be missing. No suspect was apprehended.

September 17, 10:11 a.m., Burglary, Unlawful Entry, Area of 17th Street.
An officer responded to a burglary call. The reportee stated that his mother had recently passed away and that he had locked up the house that she shared with the suspect, who was also a friend and caregiver to his mother. The reportee stated the suspect had given back the keys; however, he believes the suspect retained copies of the keys and there were items missing from the house. The officer tried to contact the suspect without success. No suspect was apprehended.

September 16, 9:34 a.m., Robbery with Force, Area of Church/16th Streets.
Officers responded to a robbery call. The victim stated she was waiting for the Muni bus when the suspect grabbed her laptop tucked under her arm. The victim stated she grabbed the suspect’s T-shirt and was able to knock him down when his friend ran up and pushed her to the ground. The victim stated that the two suspects then fled on foot and witnesses only then approached to help her. Officers drove the victim around the area to search for the suspects with negative results. The victim refused medical attention and the officers drove the victim home.
No suspects were found.

September 5, 2:22 a.m., Assault, Aggravated with Force, Battery, Area of Castro/Market Streets.
Numerous Mission officers responded to a fight in progress. Two victims stated they were walking on Castro Street when a group of unknown suspects started an argument with one of the victims. When the other victim attempted to break up the argument, the victims were jumped and beaten. The victims identified two suspects that still remained in the area. The victims were treated at the scene and later transported to the hospital. The officers placed the two suspects into custody.

September 5, 10:17 p.m., Robbery, Attempted, Street with Force, Area of 14th/Dolores Streets.
Officers responded to a street robbery call. The victim stated that three suspects had just robbed him. The victim stated that two suspects ran up to him and started yelling, “Give me your money, give me what you got!” and the third suspect grabbed him from behind and threw him to the ground. The victim gave the suspect his wallet, fearing they would injure him. Officers dispatched the suspects’ descriptions. An officer searched the area with no results or suspects.
