Nov. 28, 7:30 p.m., Armed Robbery at Gas Station, Divisadero at Fell Streets
Officers responded to reports of a robbery at a gas station.
The cashier reported that the suspect pointed a gun at him. The victim was unable to identify the suspect because he obscured his face with his sweatshirt. The loss was approximately $500.

Nov. 30, 1 a.m., Burglary, 900 Block of Corbett Avenue
A man woke up to find that someone had broken into his apartment and stole a flat screen television. It appeared that the burglar entered through a skylight that was not secure because of some roof work that was being done on the victim’s apartment.

Dec. 1, 3 p.m., Suspicious Occurrence, Twin Peaks Boulevard at Carmel Street
A young man was driving a grocery truck along his regular route when a Ford Expedition sped past and stopped in front of him.
The man driving the Expedition got out of the car, waved what looked like a police baton and ordered the young man out of the Safeway truck.
The man with the baton claimed to be a SF police officer and demanded that he be given the keys to the truck. The young man complied and later reported that the suspect had shown no badge or identification.

Dec. 3, 11:20 a.m., Burglary and Arrest on the 900 Block of 14th Street
Officers responded to a call of a burglary in progress. When they arrived at the scene, a man was there and told them that the suspect was still inside.
The same man started walking away from the scene but officers noticed that he was attempting to conceal a crowbar under his jacket.
When questioned, he tried to flee, but officers were able to apprehend him and charge him with multiple counts of burglary and possession of stolen property.

Dec. 3, 5:30 p.m., Theft from Unlocked Vehicle at Twin Peaks View Point
Several items, including an American Express card, a cell phone, a wallet and a purse, were taken from an unlocked rental car parked at Twin Peaks.
Several charges had already been made to the American Express card when the crime was discovered.

Dec. 6, 11:44 p.m., Stolen Vehicle Arrest and Probation Violation, 10 Park Hill Avenue
While patrolling, officers noticed a suspicious car parked with a man and a woman inside.
They ran a computer check on the license plate and it turned out to be reported stolen.
The male suspect was arrested for violating his San Mateo County probation and for being in possession of a stolen vehicle.
When the female suspect was questioned, she claimed that the man had picked her up downtown and had driven her to the location to have sex.
She was warned and released.

Dec. 12, 4:15 p.m., Felony Warrant Arrest, Duboce and Noe Streets
Officers pulled over a car with no license plate to cite the driver, who said he had never been issued a driver’s license and that he was currently on parole from state prison.
When officers ran a check, they found a warrant, so they arrested him and towed the car.

Dec. 13, 2:20 a.m. Felony Warrant Arrest, 50 Noe Street
Officers noticed two people sleeping on the sidewalk and approached to make sure they were all right.
When they performed routine computer checks of the two individuals, they found two outstanding warrants from Berkeley for one of them.
The suspect was transported to jail.
