March 24, near Eureka and 19th Streets, Suspicious
Behavior
Several residents residing near Eureka and 19th and 20th streets have complained about aggressive behavior of door-to-door salesman during daylight hours.
One woman told a teenage salesman through her closed door that she was busy and not interested. When the suspect heard this, he grew belligerent, yelling at a companion across the street, “these people say they busy but when I want to come back later they say No!”
Other residents have reported seeing other individuals “casing” the neighborhood during daylight hours.
